Connecticut Valley Chamber Orchestra presents: Variations Through the Ages

This concert will explore the concept of theme and variations
through different musical eras. Featuring Bach/Stokowski's Passacaglia and
Fugue, the Big Ben Variations Fantasy by Toch, Ives' Variations on America, and
Tchaikovsky's Variations on a Rococo Theme with renowned cellist and Hartt
professor Mihai Tetel. Joseph Hodge, music director.

 

Tickets at the door are: $15 for adults, $12
for seniors and students, free for children under 12.

concerts are at 3:00 PM at Trinity Episcopal Church, 120 Sigourney Street, Hartford
