On Wednesday, July 31st, enjoy an open air, farm dinner
featuring local organic produce. Renowned Simsbury chef, Chris Prosperi, of
Metro Bis will share his passion for food and sustaining local agriculture as
he highlights an "innovative form of American cuisine." Rain date
August 1st.
When guests first arrive at the farm at 6:30 p.m., they can
expect to enjoy touring the gardens, visiting with the animals, and listening
to live music. A cash bar for beer and
wine purchase will also be available.
Once seated, dinner will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. and last until 9
p.m. An appetizer, entrée, and dessert
will be included, accompanied by locally sourced beverages. Tickets are $85 per person. For more
