Historical Society Hosting Garden Tour Through Granby
Self-guided tour includes 11 locations and runs Saturday and Sunday.

This weekend some of the town's loveliest gardens will be on display as part of the Salmon Brook Historical Society Garden Tour.
The tour runs through 11 locations throughout town including the Children's Garden, Lost Acres Vineyard and Orchard, Abijah Rowe's garden at the historical society and several families' homes. Guests will see water features, container gardens and a premier hosta nursery among the carefully cultivated gardens.
The tour is self-guided, allowing guests to explore the gardens on their own in any order. It is preceded by a morning lecture at Holcomb Farm with Sarah Bailey, a Certified Advanced Master Gardener.Â
The lecture will be from 9 - 10 a.m. Saturday morning and the tour will be open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
Tickets are $10 each and are available for purchase in advance at Lite N Up Eatery, Granby Pharmacy, Beman Hardware, Peppermill Country Deli & Bakery , and Lost Acres Orchard. Tickets can also be purchased day of at the participating gardens and at the Saturday morning lecture at Holcomb Farm.
