RENOWNED IRISH TENOR, PHYSICIAN, AUTHOR, PARALYMPIC GOLD MEDALIST, & MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER, RONAN TYNAN is coming to sing and speak at
THE SUMMIT AT PLANTSVILLE!
Ronan Tynan is a modern "Renaissance Man." Born with a lower limb disability that threatened to sideline him throughout his childhood, he was still "as wild as a March Hare" growing up. After a motorcycle accident at age 20 his legs were amputated. Weeks after surgery, he was climbing the steps of his college dorm and within a year he was wainning gold medals at the Paralympics.
Although Tynan enjoyed singing as a boy, he didn't begin formal voice study until her was 33 when he was well into his residency as a physician. In 1988, Ronan joined the Irish Tenors which was instantly a worldwide sensation.
Among Tynan's illustrious musical performances are his renditions of Amazing Grace and Ava Maria at the funeral of President Reagan, an appearance at the wedding of New York Mayor Rudy Guliani, the 80th birthday celebration of President George H.W. Bush, the singing of God Bless America at countless 7th inning stretches at Yankee Stadium and most recently a performance at the Washington DC Memorial Day Celebration.
Admission to the Event is $50 per person. Seating is Limited. For ticket information contact Colleen Donahue or Barbara Blau at
