Ribbon Cutting and Open House, R.D. Seymour School

R.D. Seymour
School will officially celebrate
the opening of its newly renovated building on Thursday, May 30th
2013 at 6:30PM with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

 

The
school originally opened its doors in 1959. 
In 1971, it underwent an extensive renovation which featured the “open
classroom” concept. 

 

Over
the past 18 months, the school has once-again undergone an extensive renovation
and a remarkable transformation – one better suited to teaching students the 21st
Century skills necessary to lead them forward on their pathway to success..

 

Students
and parents – past and present, as well as members of the East Granby community
are invited to join in the festivities as the town celebrates the new and
improved R.D. Seymour School.  Come join
