Bring any extra seeds that are not going to make it into your garden this
year and swap them for something new and different to try. All gardeners, and
especially new gardeners are welcome. Please come even if you don’t have
seeds to share, there will be an abundance to choose from.
Guidelines: Leftover commercially purchased seeds and home-saved non-hybrid
seeds are both welcome. Please do not bring seeds that are over 3 years
old. Doors open at 12:00 for set up and refreshments, with swapping
commencing at 12:30.

The Garden of Gratitude was started last year on the lawn behind South
Church in Granby. The Garden was created and nurtured with the goal of
providing free vegetables and herbs to the Waste Not Want Not Community Kitchen
and anyone needing fresh food. Spurred
by the success of their first year, the garden volunteers are excited to be
preparing for their second year and welcome others to come join the fun in
caring for this special local resource.
