Summer Theatre for Teens!

A great summer awaits Simsbury Summer Theatre members! Cast and dance corps auditions and tech crew signup for SST's production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s classic musical Carousel will be held June 1 and 2 (additional dance corps auditions on June 4).

 SST is a not-for-profit organization that has annually produced a full-scale Broadway show for the last 49 years; SST alumni include Broadway, national tour and regional stars; playwrights, conductors, orchestra members, artists, movie technicians and Oscar, Grammy and Tony nominees and winners.

 A professional staff of nine works for six weeks with cast, dance corps and tech crew; rehearsals are Monday through Thursday evenings at the Werner Centennial Theater at Westminster School.   SST is open to incoming high school freshmen through age 23; Simsbury residency is not necessary.
