Young Lab Named East Granby's Top Dog
Second annual contest decided by town's seniors.
East Granby has a new top dog.
Caroline, a three-year-old yellow lab mix belonging to the Brassard family, was chosen at the town's Second Annual #1 Dog Contest winner by seniors at the Senior Barbecue May 31.
Caroline won a free dog license and the honor of wearing the #1 dog tag for East Granby. Caroline was chosen out of 21 contestants.

The annual contest is to remind residents that June is the time to renew dog licenses. Licenses can be obtained by mail, in person, or online from the Town’s website.
