GREENWICH, CT — Two men were arrested by Greenwich police last week on larceny, credit card theft and a host of related violations after police said the two made fraudulent credit card purchases on Greenwich Avenue.
Arrested on Thursday were 23-year-olds Keyon Rashad Carroll-Herring, of Macungie, Pennsylvania, and Samuel John Vincent-McCauley, of Brooklyn, New York.

Police allegedly tied him to the illegal use of a credit card belonging to a 66-year-old woman without her permission to make purchases totaling nearly $300.
Once back at his vehicle, police pulled over Carroll-Herring, and Vincent-McCauley was in the passenger seat.

"Additionally, Carroll-Herring was in possession of two other stolen credit cards," Greenwich police said.
The department referred to Vincent-McCauley as a "co-conspirator" in the alleged scheme, because he, too, was in possession of stolen credit cards, authorities said.
Both suspects were released after each posted bond on bail of $50,000, and they are scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on July 12.
