Annunziata 'Nancy' Scarpelli, 89; Greenwich Resident; Former Greenwich Hospital Employee

Annunziata ‘Nancy’ Scarpelli, of Greenwich, passed away July 7, 2015, at age 89.

She was born on June 10, 1926 in Rose Cosenza, Italy to Rocco & Rosaria Chiappetta.

Nancy worked for almost 25 years for Greenwich Hospital.

She is the beloved wife of the late Salvatore A. Scarpelli.

Nancy is survived by her cherished children, John Scarpelli, Frank Scarpelli (Erika), Salvatore Scarpelli (Tina) and Maria Crudele (Nicola), and 7 loving grandchildren. She is survived by 3 siblings in Argentina and is predeceased by 3 other siblings.

To honor Nancy’s life family and friends will gather on Friday 4 to 8 p.m. at COXE & GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME, 134 Hamilton Avenue Greenwich, 203-869-5968. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday 10 a.m. at St. Roch’s Church followed by entombment at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Greenwich.
