Combine Training Hosting Seminar on Sports Nutrition

Registered dietitian Alissa Rumsey to discuss dietary needs for athletes on race day.

Combine Training will be hosting a lecture about sports nutrition with a focus on helping athletes formulate their own race-day nutritional plan. Joining Combine athletes and coaches will be Alissa Rumsey, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Rumsey works with a variety of athletes, tailoring to their specific needs so they can compete and perform at their best.
