Dante V. Montagnesi Sr., 86; Accountant, Management Consultant, Old Greenwich Resident

Dante Victor Montagnesi Sr., 86, of Old Greenwich passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Greenwich Hospital.

He was born in Stamford on May 26, 1928 to the late John and Philomena Montagnesi.

Dante was a self employed Accountant and Management Consultant since 1961.

He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Smeriglio Montagnesi of Old Greenwich, his daughter Mary Lynn Regan and her husband Thomas of Jupiter, FL; his grandchildren Danielle and Dante Montagnesi and Chelsy and Thomas Patrick Regan, as well as his sister Grace Tambourine of Rowlett, TX.

Besides his parents, Dante was predeceased by his three sons, John, Dante Jr. and Richard Montagnesi, a brother Anthony Montagnesi and a sister Catherine Robertucci.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 4 Riverside Avenue, Riverside on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private and there will be no calling hours.
