Deborah McDonnell, 60; Greenwich High Graduate Who Enjoyed Painting, Gardening

Deborah McDonnell passed away on May 10, 2015 in Stamford.

She was born in Port Chester, NY on Jan. 26, 1955 to Norman and Ruth Wagner.

She graduated from Greenwich High School in 1973.

Deborah married Shawn McDonnell on July 9, 1977. Deborah loved to paint, especially butterflies and enjoyed gardening. Her most important job in her life was being a mom and a wife.

Deborah is survived by her loving husband of nearly 38 years Shawn, her beloved daughters Erin and Amy, her brother Bill, her Aunt Dorothy Damberg and several cousins.

She is predeceased by her parents Norman and Ruth Wagner.

Visitation will be on Thursday, May 14, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Castiglione Funeral Home, 544 Old Post Rd. #3, Greenwich. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 4 Riverside Ave., Riverside, on Friday, May 15 at 10 a.m. Interment will be at St. Mary Cemetery in Greenwich.
