Elyse Screnci, 60; Old Greenwich Resident; Business Owner
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, May 7 with a funeral Mass scheduled for Friday, May 8.

Elyse Screnci, 60, passed away on May 4, 2015 after a valiant battle with brain cancer.
A proud resident of Old Greenwich for almost 25 years. A former member of the Junior League of Greenwich, a member of The Rocky Point Club and was the founder of Adventure Kids in downtown Greenwich.

Elyse was the 3rd generation to serve as President of Epic Contracting Company in Brooklyn, NY. Looking for a new challenge, Elyse received her Real Estate License in 2013.
Elyse enjoyed being active where she ran five miles a day with her “running group” everyday for 15 years around Tod’s Point. When she took a day off, they would bicycle to Banksville. She was also an avid tennis player and New York sports team fan. She leaves behind a wealth of friendships that enhanced her life and happiness.

Elyse is the devoted mother of Alessandra, Michael and Daniela; cherished daughter of Eleanor Puma and loving companion of Ron Ceraso.
Elyse was predeceased by her father, J. Albert Puma in 2009 and her brother, Richard in 1978.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Castiglione Funeral Home, 544 Old Post Road #3, Greenwich, CT from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 7:00 – 9:00pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 10AM at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 4 Riverside Avenue, Riverside, CT. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Brooklyn, NY.
