Greenwich Police Department Welcomes 3 New Officers
The officers started at the New Britain Police Academy on Monday, according to the Greenwich Police Department.

GREENWICH, CT — The Greenwich Police Department recently welcomed three new officers into the ranks.
Jack Livingston, Richard Shaw and Robert Pascale were sworn-in by First Selectman Fred Camillo, who also served as the town's police commissioner, during a small ceremony at the Public Safety Complex. The officers started at the New Britain Police Academy on Monday, the GPD said.
Livingston was raised in Farmingdale, CT, and attended Farmingdale State College where he graduated magna cum laude and earned a bachelor's degree in business management. He also minored in economics and legal studies.

In college, Livingston played lacrosse and served as vice president of the economics club. He was also a member of the International Business Honor Society and International Economics Honor Society.
Raised in Manhattan, Shaw received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Manhattan College in 1995 and went on to receive his master's in the same field in 2000.

Shaw is a first lieutenant in the New York State Guard and earned the rank of eagle scout with the Boy Scouts of America. He has also served as a deputy sheriff with the Westchester County Public Safety Emergency Force.
Pascale is a Stamford native who attended Penn State University and earned a bachelor's degree in criminology economics. While at school, he studied anti-terrorism, and studied abroad in Italy. He also received the Smeal College of Business Fundamentals certificate.
According to his bio, Pascale has a passion for volunteering and sports. He dedicates his time to various local charity organizations and continues to enjoy football and lacrosse.
