Kathy Longo, 65, a lifelong resident of Greenwich went home to the Lord on September 17, 2018 at Greenwich Hospital surrounded by her family. Kathy was born May 2, 1953 to the late Thomas and Rosemary McGuiness Tencza.

Kathy’s world revolved around her family. She is the childhood sweetheart and loving wife of Anthony J. Longo and the devoted mother of Sandra Longo, Michele Kolc, Mitch, Sally and Mike Gerosa. Grandma & Mamu to her 5 beloved ‘Angel Babies’ Abbie, Olivia, Matthew, Sammi and Mikey. She also leaves behind her brother, Michael Tencza as well as loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

With all the health battles that Kathy faced in life, she faced them fearlessly with grace and faith. Kathy was a beautiful woman that was truly loved, is missed, and will always be cherished. Love is eternal.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 21 at 10am at St. Catherine of Siena Church in Riverside. Entombment will follow in St Mary Cemetery, Greenwich. Friends and family may call on Thursday evening from 4-8pm at Castiglione Funeral Home, 544 Old Post Rd. #3, Greenwich. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to www.cbn.com/tributes
