[Photos] Blue Angels Soar Over Greenwich, Stamford
Check out some reader-submitted photos of the Blue Angels and Thunderbirds' flight over Greenwich and Stamford.

GREENWICH/STAMFORD, CT — Some Greenwich and Stamford residents who found themselves looking up at the sky Tuesday afternoon may have caught a glimpse of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels and the Air Force Thunderbirds' flight over the tri-state area. The aircrafts took to the skies over New York City, Newark, Trenton and Philadelphia, as well as parts of Greenwich and Stamford, as part of a tri-state trip to honor coronavirus responders and essential workers.
The tri-state flight path, which was posted on both the Blue Angels Facebook page and the Air Force Thunderbirds Facebook page Monday, took off over New York City around noon. Judging by the flight path, the aircrafts were likely visible in Connecticut around 12:30 p.m.
Earlier in the day, Patch encouraged readers to submit their photos of the aircrafts to compile into a roundup to give readers who may have missed the flyover a look at them.
