Robert C. Drenckhahn, of Greenwich, passed away on Oct. 21, 2013. He was 80.
He was born to the late Ernest and Kathleen (Craig) Drenckhahn on June 1, 1933.
Robert graduated Greenwich High School in 1951. He then went on to serve in the United States Army, Company B 70th Engineers in Europe from 1953 until 1955. Robert was self-employed in the family business.
He enjoyed spending time in his vegetable gardens, apple trees, boating and his dog Coco. In his later years he enjoyed his antique truck and going to truck shows.
Robert was predeceased by his wife of 54 years.
He is survived by by his four sons; Robert C. Jr., David W., Alan J., and Craig E. Drenckhahn.
