Robert C. Johnson, 87, of Greenwich, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at home.
Born in Greenwich, CT on February 9, 1928. He was the son of the late Carl Johnson and Ruth Burgess Johnson, and the husband of the late Vera Thompsett Johnson.

Mr. Johnson was a graduate of Greenwich High School, Class of 1946. He served in the U.S. Army 192nd field artillery during WWII and was an Electrician with Local #3.
Mr. Johnson is survived by 2 daughters Susan Johnson and Diane Hawreluk; 2 grandchildren, Kimberly Hawreluk and Robert Hawreluk and his wife Kristen; 3 nephews William Stewart, Scott Stewart and James Stewart, and 2 great-grandchildren, Michael Hawreluk and Giuliana Hawreluk.

There will be a private graveside service.
