Snappy The Gator Visits Glenville School: PHOTOS

GREENWICH, CT — Glenville School is home of the Gators and on Tuesday, that couldn't have been more true.

"Principal Monaco thought it would be great to give families a fun behind-the-scenes look at a day-in-the-life of Glenville students and staff through the eyes of Snappy, Glenville's gator mascot," said Jonathan Supranowitz, director of communications for the school district. "Snappy took over the District's Twitter account and spent an entire school day attending class, eating lunch, and visiting with their great staff."

Supranowitz said it has not been decided if this will be a regular social media feature yet for the District at other schools.

"But we are hoping it will," he said.
