The three men were detained, and an investigation showed that Bayard used a fraudulent Pennsylvania driver's license and a credit card belonging to someone else "in an effort to fraudulently obtain goods," police said, noting that Bayard "was acting in concert with his co-conspirators who facilitated his efforts."
Police found an additional counterfeit ID in another person's name, and four more credit cards in Bayard's possession, police said.
