Man Threatens Police, Patients at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital: Police
Kenneth Elyosius allegedly continued to threaten officers and urinated on the booking room floor.

New London Police received a complaint of a man causing a disturbance in the emergency room at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital at approximately 1:30 p.m. Monday, August 3.
The man was identified as Kenneth Elyosius, 62, who has been arrested several times recently. On Monday, he reportedly yelled profanities and attempted to engage in a physical altercation with a patient at the hospital, according to New London Police Chief Peter Reichard.
“Elyosius was given several opportunities to correct his behavior but continued to yell profanities,” Reichard said. “ Elyosius was placed under arrest at which time he continued to yell profanities and threaten officers.”

Once at police headquarters, Elyosius continued to be unruly, allegedly threatening officers and urinating on the floor of the booking room, according to police.
He was processed and presented in New London Superior Court located at 112 Broad St. New London.
