The community playground is located at Melissa Jones Elementary School.

GUILFORD, CT - Organizers of a playground revitalization project at Melissa Jones Elementary School reportedly hope to raise about $150,000 for the project.
The Guilford Courier writes that the 27-year-old playground is showing signs of wear and is in need of refurbishing.
"The time has come to revitalize our much beloved community playground," organizers said in a statement. "The kids had a vision and it is our duty to make this a reality!"
