GrandCare Now Available through LIFETIME Care at Home

Guy Tommasi, Executive Director of LIFETIME Care at Home introduces GrandCare an interactive touch screen is a communication portal to a family caregiver at the VNA community Healthcare Family Caregiver School Open House that took place Sept 12, 2014.

LIFETIME Care at Home is one of only a few agencies in the state to offer GrandCare to its clients. GrandCare is an interactive program housed on a computer like screen that supports activity and telehealth monitoring, medication management, socialization, and care coordination using just one platform. The large, intuitive GrandCare touch screen features easy to read text, large buttons, and one-touch video chat. Caregivers simply log in to view their loved ones daily activities, wellness readings are recorded directly to the system, allowing caregivers to view readings and reports through the Online Care Portal.
