Guilford Police logs: Oct. 3 - 9

James Michael Cunningham, 34, of South Carolina, was charged with first-degree failure to appear (in court).

George Heser, 68, of Alden Drive, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Jennifer O'Connell, 52, of Alden Drive, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Zachary Robert Stout, 22, of Quail Run, Madison, was charged with evading responsibility/injury and/or property damage.

William Test, 29, of Church Street, was charged with disorderly conduct.
