School Officials Make Early Decision for Guilford Tuesday

GUILFORD, CT — Due to the snow storm, Guilford Public Schools and all offices will be closed on Tuesday, March 14th. There will be no activities in any facilities.

We can't imagine any school system in Connecticut being open on Tuesday as a blizzard is headed toward Connecticut early Tuesday and is expected to drop a minimum of a foot of snow and possibly 18 inches before it ends around midnight.

The bigger question is whether school will be held on Wednesday. We'll post that news once we know that, but for now no school Tuesday. Enjoy the snow day. (To sign up for Guilford breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
