HAMDEN, CT — A Cheshire resident won $10,000 after purchasing a winning scratch-off game in Hamden, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Robert Dunham won $10,000 on a 10X Cash 12Th Edition scratch-off that was sold at Meadowbrook Spirits in Hamden on Nov. 2.
