Fake $100 Bill Used At Store In Hamden: Police
Police are asking for help with identifying the suspect.

HAMDEN, CT — Police are asking for help with identifying a man accused of using a counterfeit $100 bill at the Gap in Hamden. Police said the fraudulent purchase was made on Feb. 11 at the Gap, located at 2165 Dixwell Avenue.
Investigation revealed that a black male in his mid-20s, wearing dark clothing and white shoes purchased $100.94 worth of clothing with a counterfeit $100 bill, police said.
