Food Drive This Weekend In Hamden
Hamden Police and the Hamden Volunteer Fire Department will hold a food drive to benefit the Hamden Food Bank at Stop & Shop.
HAMDEN, CT — (From the Hamden Police Department): The Hamden Police Department Community Policing Division will be assisting the Hamden Volunteer Fire Department in a “Food Drive” to benefit the Hamden Food Bank.
Please stop by on either Saturday, Nov. 23 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. or Sunday, Nov. 24 between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. at Stop and Shop, 2335 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden. Police and Fire Department personnel will be accepting both perishable and non-perishable items, for those less fortunate.
