Hamden Girl Scouts attended an event that was hosted by the Society of Women Engineers from Quinnipiac University on Saturday, February 23,2019 for a morning of fun engineering activities.
The girls made parachutes to drop eggs, dyed paper towels, made "clouds in a jar," looked at the 3d printer and laser cutter. They also built marshmallow toothpick towers and toured the lab. All who attended had a great time.
