Hamden Library To Offer Program On Facebook Business Pages
Miller Library will sponsor a workshop on using Facebook for marketing small businesses on July 10.
From the Hamden Public Library: On Wednesday, July 10th Miller Library will sponsor a workshop on using Facebook for marketing small businesses. The program will be held from 10:30am until 12:00 noon in the Friends Room of Miller Memorial Central Library, 2901 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden.
Facebook is used by millions of business owners across the globe to connect with current and prospective customers. There are numerous Facebook features that entrepreneurs should be using to maximize their Facebook business page. During this interactive workshop Samantha Williams, owner of Sam’s Word, LLC will demonstrate the fundamental features of Facebook, how to put a page on autopilot, and effective methods of engaging with followers. This workshop will provide the best practices to incorporate into a social media strategy to guarantee success while using Facebook. Participants are encouraged to bring their mobile devices with the downloaded Facebook app to the program to obtain help with modifying their page.
Samantha Williams is a content strategist with over twenty years of writing experience. She founded Sam’s Word in 2015, with the goal of alleviating the writing burden of business owners, and has completed projects of all scopes and sizes.
