Hamden Library To Offer Program On Networking
The library will host Samantha Williams of Sam's Word, LLC who will offer a new series on business writing.
On Thursday, September 12th Miller Library will once again host Samantha Williams of Sam’s Word, LLC who will offer a new series on business writing. The first program is “Networking Tips and Following Up with Connections” and will be held from 3:30-5:00pm in the Friends Room of Miller Memorial Library, 2901 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden.
Networking includes preparation, creating an elevator speech, and learning how to work the room to find potential leads. But networking doesn’t stop there. Following up with potential leads is the only way to close the deal. This workshop will prepare entrepreneurs for their next networking event by equipping them with these must-have strategies for success!

Samantha Williams is a content strategist with over twenty years of writing experience. She founded Sam’s Word in 2015, with the goal of alleviating the writing burden of business owners, and has completed projects of all scopes and sizes.
