Hamden Man, 2 Others Assault Employee at Business: Orange PD

One suspect remains at-large, police said.

ORANGE, CT — Three people are accused of entering the FedEx store in Orange and assaulting an employee, police said. Officers responded to the FedEx store on Route One late last month in regard to a fight.

Three men had entered the FedEx store looking for one of the FedEx employees, police said. Once they found the employee, they began to assault him, police said. Once the three men heard that police were on their way, they fled the store, police said.

Officers were able to find two of the involved parties; the other is still wanted in connection to this incident, police said. Sidney Rogers, 21, of New Haven and Marquies J. Highsmith-Little, 24, of Hamden are both charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. They were released after posting $500 bond.
