Hamden Man Charged At Popular Restaurant: Orange PD

In one case one of the accused's struck a patron in the head and ran off, police said.

ORANGE, CT — Police responded to a local restaurant for two separate incidents recently, Orange Police said. On May 5, police responded to a disturbance at the patio area of the Puerto Vallarta restaurant at 377 Boston Post Road. Officers learned that two separate incidents had occurred.

In the first incident, Gregory B. Miller, 34, of Hamden, was acting combative in the patio amongst the other patrons and knocked over the music equipment being used by the DJ performing for the crowd, police said.

In the second incident, William C. Corso, 35, of Wallingford, had punched another patron in the head then ran off, police said. He was located a short distance away, where he was taken into custody and charged, police said.

Both men are charged with breach of peace and given a court date of May 18.
