Hamden Man Pleads Guilty In Downtown Milford Armed Robberies
The man pleaded guilty in court to the two armed robberies that occurred in October of 2018.
MILFORD, CT — Tasmine Shannonhouse, 26, of Hamden, will spend the next three to seven years in prison once he is sentenced in July for two armed robberies in downtown Milford, the Connecticut Post reports.
Shannonhouse pleaded guilty to robbery charges on Wednesday. The two downtown robberies occurred in October of 2018.
Police at the time of Shannonhouse's arrest in October of 2018 said an armed robbery occurred at Taste of Thai Restaurant, 22 Broad Street in Armory Square on October 10, 2018. Police at the time said a male suspect walked into the restaurant with a BB gun and took the cash from the register.

And police also said on October 8, 2018 at 6:40 p.m, officers responded to a strong-arm robbery occurred at the drive-thru of People's United Bank, 190 Broad Street, Milford. The male suspect walked up to the vehicle's driver while he was in the drive-thru, pointed a BB gun at him and demanded he take money out of his account and hand it to him, police said at the time. Shannonhouse was charged in both robberies.
