Hamden Man Smashes 13 Cars In Parking Lot: Norwalk Police
Police say the man was seen smashing vehicles in a parking lot early Friday morning in Norwalk.
NORWALK, CT — A Hamden man is accused of damaging more than a dozen cars in a parking lot in South Norwalk early Friday morning, according to the New Haven Register.
The Register reports Isaac Carrillo-Herrera, 23, was arrested after police say 13 cars were damaged at a parking lot on Ann Street at about 1:30 a.m. on Friday.
Carillo-Herrera was seen standing on the roof of a vehicle and striking it with what police determined to be a barrier gate arm that he broke off of a nearby parking garage, according to the Register.
