Hamden Man Tries to Crash Car With Woman Inside in Milford; Later Verbally Threatens to Kill Her: Police
Milford police say the Hamden man verbally threatened to kill the victim with a knife.

MILFORD, CT — A Hamden man is accused of attempting to crash a vehicle while driving with a female in Milford and then later he verbally threatened to kill her with a knife, police said.
Milford police said on Oct. 28 officers responded to a complaint of a possible domestic violence incident in the area of West Clark Street and Boston Post Road.
Investigation led to the arrest of Terry Sullivan, 42, of Beacon Street in Hamden, who is accused of attempting to crash a vehicle while driving with a female, and later threatening to kill her with a knife during the course of a verbal argument, police said.

Sullivan left the scene prior to police arrival and he was found and charged in Hamden, police said.
He is charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree threatening, and second-degree breach of peace. He was held initially on a $25,000 bond.
