Hamden Police Blotter: Feb. 7 Through Feb. 13, 2019

Recent arrests by the Hamden Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Hamden Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Christopher Mylen, 27, of Bond Street, New Haven, was arrested Feb. 7 on charges of negligent pedestrian, assault on public safety/EMT/Transt/Health officer, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with officer/resisting and risk of injury to a child. He was issued a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 22.

Lawrence Kasarda, 43, of Bethmour Road, Bethany, was arrested Feb. 7 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 21.

Kela Coston, 46, of Pine Rock Avenue, Hamden, was arrested Feb. 7 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was also charged with second-degree failure to appear. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 8.

Christopher Shultz, 27, of Whitney Avenue, Hamden, was arrested Feb. 7 on a charge of first-degree failure to appear, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit/issuing a bad check.

Jason Murphy, 38, of Newhall Street, Hamden, was arrested Feb. 7 on a charge of second-degree failure to appear. He was issued a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 21.

Marco A. Valencia-Torres, 25, of West Helen Street, Hamden, was arrested Feb. 8 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was held in lieu of a $500 bond with a court date of Feb. 22.

Kuron B. Tilley, 41, of Vernon Street, New Haven, was arrested Feb. 8 on charges of evading responsibility, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit and operating without a license. He was held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 21.

Curtis Bryant, 41, of Vernon Street, New Haven, was arrested Feb. 8 on a charge of second-degree failure to appear. He was held in lieu of a $2,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 22.

Tracie A. Candelora, 44, of North Main Street, Waterbury, was arrested Feb. 9 on four counts of second-degree failure to appear. She was held in lieu of bonds totaling $13,500 with a court date of Feb. 23.

Chanelle Cohen, 34, of Main Street, West Haven, was arrested Feb. 10 on charges of drinking while driving, failure to drive in proper lane, operating with handheld phone/electronic device/text and failure to carry registration/insurance card. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 22.

Diana Santiago, 48, of Collins Street, New Haven, was arrested Feb. 10 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 21.

Daniel Imperati, 40, of East Street, New Haven, was arrested Feb. 10 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 26.

Michael A. Mirakian, 34, of Hermitage Lane, North Haven, was arrested Feb. 10 on a charge of second-degree failure to appear. He was held in lieu of a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 27.

Miguel A. Santiago, 46, of Shelton Avenue, New Haven, was arrested Feb. 11 on charges of engaging police in pursuit and reckless driving. He was held in lieu of a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 25.

Corey Anderson, 29, of Hartford, Alabama, was arrested Feb. 11 on a charge of carrying a pistol without a permit. He was held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 25.

Brian Redd, 35, of Butler Street, New Haven, was arrested Feb. 11 on charges of third-degree assault, violation of protective order, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening. He was additionally charged with first-degree failure to appear. He is being held on a $75,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 20, according to state judicial records.

Yaznellie M. Do, 23, of Edgar Street, New Haven, was arrested Feb. 11 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 26.

William Meinhold, 26, of Helen Street, Hamden, was arrested Feb. 13 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 27.
