Hamden Police Blotter: July 29 Through July 31, 2019

Recent arrests by the Hamden Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

HAMDEN, CT — The following information has been provided by the Hamden Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Cordell Barboza, 24, of New Hall Street, Hamden, was arrested July 29 on charges of disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 5, according to state judicial records.

Jerin Hamilton, 24, of Pond Street, New Haven, was arrested July 29 on charges of engaging police in pursuit, reckless driving, evading responsibility, disobeying signal of officer and failure to use turn signal. He was held in lieu of a $25,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 9.

Ryan Longo, 20, of Scarsdale, New York, was arrested July 29 on a charge of second-degree harassment. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 5.

Katherine W. Buckman, 69, of Gordon Street, Hamden, was arrested July 29 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 12.

David J. Kosky, 65, of Clifford Street, Hamden, was arrested July 30 on a charge of third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 13.

David Welch, 33, of West Helen Street, Hamden, was arrested July 30 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Sept. 12.

Heather Furbish, 38, of Suburban Avenue, Fairfield, was arrested July 30 on charges of evading responsibility and failure to yield to pedestrian. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 13.

Rafly Santiago, 30, of Cook Avenue, Meriden, was arrested July 30 on charges of first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear. He is being held on a $100,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 4.

Jevon Johnson, 32, of Helen Street, Hamden, was arrested July 31 on three counts of second-degree failure to appear and four counts of sixth-degree larceny. He is being held on bonds totaling $25,000 with a court date of Aug. 21.

Giuseppe F. Liguori, 34, of Grey Ledge Drive, Guilford, was arrested July 31 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, risk of injury to child and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 14.
