Hamden Police Blotter: Sept. 11 Through Sept. 16, 2019

Recent arrests by the Hamden Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

HAMDEN, CT — The following information has been provided by the Hamden Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Harold Cole, 32, of Treat Street, West Haven, was arrested Sept. 11 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Oct. 1, according to state judicial records.

Victor Robles, 50, of Bristol Street, West Haven, was arrested Sept. 12 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and interfering with officer/resisting. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Sept. 27.

Emiliano Rivera, 45, of Armstrong Street, Hamden, was arrested Sept. 12 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 16.

Jhamal Gallimore, 44, of Kensington Street, New Haven, was arrested Sept. 13 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 8.

Mark Welz, 58, of Plains Road, Hamden, was arrested Sept. 15 on charges of violation of protective order and interfering with officer/resisting. He was also charged with violation of protective order on Sept. 17. He is being held on bonds totaling $50,000 with a court date of Oct. 16.

Vida A. Hardy, 43, of Ferry Street, New Haven, was arrested Sept. 16 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 9.

Sarai Bethea, 34, of Augur Street, Hamden, was arrested Sept. 16 on charges of second-degree reporting false incident and interfering with officer/resisting. She was held in lieu of a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 30.
