HAMDEN, CT - A Hamden resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hamden earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 21, Ismael Somda purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the Hamden Food Mart and won $10,000.
