HAMDEN, CT - A Hamden resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Milford earlier last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On February 3, Robert Brooks Jr., of Hamden, purchased a 10X Cash 14th Edition ticket from the Post Rd. News and Deli in Milford and won $10,000.
