Hamden Resident Wins $17K Lottery Prize

HAMDEN, CT - A Hamden resident is $17,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in her home town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 18, Deborah Sumpter, of Hamden, purchased a Play4 Day ticket from the Smoker's Discount World in Hamden and won $17,000.
