Hamden Sergeant Gets 'Top Cop' MAAD Award
Sergeant John Testa is the recipient of the Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) "Top Cop Award".

From Hamden Police: The Hamden Police Department is pleased to announce that Sergeant John Testa is the recipient of the Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) “Top Cop Award” for his support and commitment in striving to eliminate drunk driving in our state.
During the past year, Sergeant Testa has served on the MADD State Advisory Board. As co-chairman of Tri-Town Walk Like MADD, Sergeant Testa has been instrumental in helping to raise $150,000.00. In addition, he has assisted with the victim impact panel and SMART Program (Start Making A Right Turn) which deals with underage offenders.
Sergeant Testa will be presented the award on May 15th at 10:00a.m. at the Hamden Police Department.
