Man Stole $220 In Cigarettes From Store: Hamden Police

HAMDEN, CT — Police are asking for help with identifying a man accused of stealing $220 worth of cigarettes from Alltown Fresh in Hamden. Police said the theft took place Jan. 26 at Alltown Fresh, 1941 Dixwell Ave.

Police said the suspect stole two cartons of cigarettes that were valued at $220. He was last seen running northbound on Dixwell Avenue.

The suspect is described as a black man in his 40s, 5-feet, 11-inches tall with a heavy build and was wearing a baseball cap and jeans.
