Philip Anthony LaVorgno, 55, of Hamden, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2017 at his home. He was the husband of Angela LaProva LaVorgno.

Philip was born in New Haven on June 14, 1961; son of Anna Marinella LaVorgno and the late Anthony LaVorgno; had worked in the gas industry for 31 years, of which 12 years were with the Southern Connecticut Gas Company as a contractor/employee.

Philip loved music and the outdoors. Brother of Pamela Cunnngham and Maria LaVorgno.
