Pair Stole $720 Worth Of E-Cigarettes: Hamden Police
Police are asking for help with identifying two people accused of stealing more than $700 worth of e-cigarettes from a gas station.
HAMDEN, CT — Police are asking for help with identifying two people accused of stealing more than $700 worth of e-cigarettes from a gas station in Hamden.
The theft took place around 10 p.m. on Jan. 22 at the Hamden Shell at 3050 Whitney Ave., according to police Capt. Ronald Smith.
Smith said two people entered the store and stole e-cigarettes that were valued at $720 and then left in a black Mercedes-Benz, heading south on Whitney Avenue.

The suspects are described as a man around 5 feet, 8 inches tall with a thin build, trimmed beard who was wearing dark clothing and a woman around 5 feet, 6 inches tall with a medium build, long blonde hair who was wearing dark clothing.
