The 2,200-square-foot property at 24 Amos Street lists for $524,925 and features a new septic system, updated well, newer furnace, and many replaced windows, plus an unrecorded 300-square-foot add-on.
   

• Bridgeport police seek person of interest in fatal shooting at P.T. Barnum complex (nhregister.com) — Police say a Hamden man was fatally shot last week at Bridgeport's P.T. Barnum public housing complex, and investigators are now seeking help identifying a person of interest caught on camera. Detectives are urging witnesses or anyone with cellphone video from the crowded scene to come forward to help piece together what happened.
   

• Motorcyclist critically injured after crashing into New Haven pond, police say (nhregister.com) — A 35-year-old Hamden man is in critical condition after his motorcycle left Ella T. Grasso Boulevard in New Haven early Wednesday and plunged into a pond near Southern Connecticut State University. Bystanders and emergency crews pulled him from the water, and New Haven police accident investigators are working to determine what caused the crash.
