Police Search For Teen, 17, Missing From Hamden
A Silver Alert has been issued for the teen.

HAMDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Kiosha Ramos, 17, who was reported missing from Hamden on Monday night. At about 9:30 p.m. on June 11, Hamden Police responded to The Children’s Center, located at 1400 Whitney Avenue, on the report of a missing person, according to Capt. Ronald Smith.
Staff told police that Ramos, a resident, scaled a fence and ran toward Clifford Street. Staff also said that they are concerned for her well-being, according to Smith.
Hamden Police conducted a search of the area for Ramos. In addition, a Hamden Police K-9 unit searched the area and Ramos hasn’t been located, Smith said.

Ramos is described as a Hispanic female, 5-feet, 5-inches tall with a heavy build, brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a red shirt and black pants. She was not wearing shoes when she left The Children’s Center, according to Smith.
