'Road Rage' Incident Begins in Hamden Continues Into Orange: Police
Orange police say the accused blocked the roadway with his vehicle.

ORANGE, CT — A suspected "road-rage" incident began in Hamden and ended in Orange in a bizarre fashion, police said.
Orange police officers were dispatched to Orange Center Road on Sept. 16 in regard to a ‘road-rage’ type incident, police said.
Officers learned that the arrestee, Helmut Pazmino, 46, of Hamden and another party had a possible traffic altercation in Hamden, and that the arrestee followed the complainant from that location into Orange, police said in a statement.

On Orange Center Road, Pazmino pulled in front of the complainant and blocked the roadway, prompting police response, police said. Pazmino was subsequently charged for his actions.
He is charged with driving a motor vehicle without a license and following too close with intent to harass.

He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 29.
